Integrating with the factory layout
EVR office is an office situated within the EVR factory and is designed to facilitate a seamless connection to the factory’s operational areas.
Common Praxis was tasked with a captivating challenge of infusing functionality and aesthetic allure into the industrial canvas of the EVR Factory. Amidst the confines of this pre-existing setting, their design mission encompassed crafting spaces for diverse office needs – From the grandeur of the reception area to the intimate sanctum of the CEO's quarters, each space was meticulously crafted to seamlessly meld with the factory's operational rhythm.
EVR office is focused around three considerations: A blend of formal and informal spaces, flexibility and efficiency and lastly, the spatial quality.
Integrating breakout spaces underscores the design's human-centric approach, fostering collaboration and teamwork. Strategic lighting, modular furniture, and bespoke furnishings elevate functionality and aesthetics. Material finishes like wood and transteel, coupled with a thoughtfully curated color palette, enrich the space's ambiance, embodying a harmonious blend of form and function.
Designing a layout that integrates well with the factory layout was important to the client. Common Praxis designed flexible and functional layouts through an assembly of a metal platform
Functional Design Meets Safety: A near-final assembly of the metal platform
The assembly features 12mm thick checkered plywood as the floor board and staircase. This maximizes the space utilization and contributes to the spatial efficiency of the project.
Industrial Form, Modern Functionality.
The open work area in the EVR Office fosters collaboration through its thoughtfully designed layout. It encourages interaction while providing individual space, incorporating strategic lighting and modular furniture for flexibility and efficiency, thus embodying a space where productivity and creativity converge seamlessly.
Building on spatial quality, Common Praxis provided additional value by using color palette as a tool for spatial transformation.
